Your product simply didn't work on my excema. No biggie. Threw it out and sticking with my doctor's prescription. No need for follow up.

The emunaid overnight acne works. It only stings when you apply. So I follow the instruction and use one medication since it tends to increase dryness of the skin.

EmuAid Max is a wonderful product. I've only had trouble once in the few years I've used it. I live in the south Alabama and the product was melted when it arrived. It solidified once I brought it home. Overall everything about my experience with EmuAid has been excellent. Side note: I bought the product because my dad had decubitus ulcers on his back side and he had COVID toes (basically rotting) and nothing was working and we live a ways from the city and traveling everyday with a then 85 yo was difficult. Nothing was working and the. EmuAid Max entered. He didn't lose his feet nor toes and the decubitus immediately the next day showed improvement. Home health nurses were amazed. Too bad home health cannot get this homeopathic product approved for their customers.
